9th Schedule of the Indian Constitution: The VIP Section Where Laws Get Immunity!

Back in 1951 , when India was still finding the balance between democracy and stabilizing the economy, the government introduced the First Amendment . This amendment created the 9th Schedule , which basically acts like a “legal shield” for certain laws.
